Catherine Sheets - Corporate Manager
Catherine has been with BP since 1992. She began as a Staffing Consultant in the Sterling office.
Catherine was promoted to Corporate Manager of BP in 1996. She assumed responsibility for all the daily
operations of the company and headed the Corporate Council in its managerial responsibilities.
Catherine is responsible for developing and administering all of the current policies and guidelines
used by the Staff of BP. Catherine manages an internal staff of 35 and a field staff in excess of 500.
In 2001, Catherine and four of her fellow employees purchased BP from Don and Peg Burton.
Catherine received her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.
She is accredited in employment law through the American Staffing
Association. Prior to working for BP, Catherine was an elementary school teacher in Wyoming, Illinois.
Alan Bauer - Finance Manager
Alan has been with BP since 1997. Alan supervises all accounting
function for the company and oversees payroll and accounting for our
Business Services clients. He graduated in 1985 from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
Alan also took accounting courses at Western Illinois University and
received his CPA certificate in 1995. Prior to working for BP, Alan was the Office Manager/Accountant for a local
agri-business.
In 2001, Alan and four of his fellow employees
purchased BP from Don and Peg Burton. Alan is accredited
in employment law through the American Staffing Association.
Yolanda Moreno - Risk Manager
Yolanda has been with BP since 1994. She began as an On-Site Coordinator for
BP at a major employer. She was responsible for managing over 250 temporary employees on a daily basis. Yolanda
is fluent in Spanish. Yolanda was promoted to Risk Manager in 1995 and was an integral
part of the design and implementation of Risk Management policies
for the entire company. Yolanda is a member of the Corporate
Council, a management team that is responsible for overseeing the
daily operations of the company. Yolanda is accredited in
employment law through the American Staffing Association. Prior to working for
BP,
Yolanda worked for the Illinois Department of Employment Security as
well as in finance for 18 years. In 2001, Yolanda and four of
her fellow employees purchased BP from Don and Peg Burton.
Caroline Torres - Regional Manager
Caroline has been with BP since 1994. She began as a receptionist and was promoted to Staffing Consultant a few months later. In 1999, she was again promoted to Training Manager.
In October of 2001 she was promoted to Regional Manager. She is accredited in employment law through the
American Staffing Association. Prior to working for BP, Caroline was self-employed.
Kit Barton - Director of Staffing
Kit has been with BP since 1994. She began as a
Staffing Consultant in our Dixon BP office and transferred to the
Sterling office in 1997. In 2004 Kit was promoted to
Director of Staffing. Kit received an Associates in
Arts degree from Sauk Valley Community College in 1994. Kit is accredited in employment law through the
American Staffing Association. Prior to working for BP, Kit worked in the retail industry.
Liz Knapp - Director of Staffing Liz began with
BP in 1993 as a
Staffing Consultant. Liz
left BP in 1997 and returned to the
company in 1999 as a Staffing Consultant. In 2006, Liz was
promoted to Director of Staffing overseeing the daily procedures of
four offices and she is fluent in Spanish. Liz is accredited in employment law through
the American Staffing Association. Prior to working for BP,
Liz worked as
processor at a local mortgage company.
Carmen Rabadan - Finance Assistant
Carmen began working for BP in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2005, Carmen was
promoted to Finance Assistant. Carmen is responsible for
processing our temporary employee payroll. Prior to working
for BP, Carmen worked in retail management for four
years.
Debra Heller - Administrative Assistant
Debra has been with BP since 2000. As Administrative Assistant to the
Finance Department she is responsible for collections, accounts
payable, assisting with weekly payroll processing, our Basic Pilot
Program through the Department of Homeland Security and Social
Security Services along with daily data entry for our branch
offices. She also completes in-house drug screens and is
involved in our local Business After Hours Networking
programs. Debra is accredited in employment law through the
American Staffing Association. Prior to working for BP, Debra was co-owner of a collection agency in
Sterling, Illinois from 1985-1997.
